Meet Gareth

Built from lived experience.

FitwithGC80 grew out of Gareth's own struggle to stay consistent — knowing exactly what to do, and still not doing it, for long enough to matter.

What changed wasn't more information or more willpower. It was sharing the journey out loud, and finding that other people were quietly fighting the same fight.

This isn't a guru story. It's a very ordinary one — which is exactly the point.
